I spent 3 months as the senior UX writer at Huge, working on incorporating AI into the app of a global bank.

Working as part of a large team across Europe and North America, I led everything to do with copy and AI voice.

Achievements:

• I devised the tone of voice, AI persona, conversation principles and style guide.

• Working alongside the tech team, I helped train the AI how to speak.

• Worked on UX flows, wrote and edited all microcopy.

• Used UX and content design best practice and applied it in highly regulated world of fintech.

• Worked on copy for POC, Playbook and Vision Narrative for longer term (3-5 year) role out of product.

• A lot of client materials were in Spanish, so I also got to use my fluent Spanish.
