I spent 3 months working for Huge as the senior UX writer on an AI project for a global bank.

Working as part of a large, multidisplinary team across different time zones, I was in charge of everything to do with copy and voice.

I devised a tone of voice, conversation principles and style guide for the UX and AI. I then used these principles to write the UX copy and then – working with the tech team – used them to teach the AI how to speak.

The project was written in English, but as the client was Spanish, and a lot of research and internal brand guidelines were in Spanish, I also got to use my fluent Spanish.
