I worked with design studio Special Projects on the development of a highly innovative new children’s theme park experience in London for a global client.
Working alongside the design team, I was responsible for the copy and verbal experience across the project, helping turn a complex new concept into language that was clear, engaging and appropriate for a young audience.
The work required close collaboration with designers and strategists, using content as part of the overall experience design rather than as a final layer of copy. I helped establish how the concept should communicate with visitors, adapting language to different moments and interactions while maintaining a consistent voice throughout.
The project remains confidential, so unfortunately I can’t reveal much more — but it was one of those rare projects where content, design and physical experience were conceived together from the outset.
